Manufacturing Network

NEXCORE is building a distributed manufacturing network across Japan to reduce operational risk and support reliable supply. By placing key functions in regions with relatively lower disaster risk and operating through multiple manufacturing locations, we create a more stable structure for long-term production support.

In addition, NEXCORE uses two key quality inspection and logistics hubs in Japan: one in East Japan and one in West Japan. Products can be inspected, prepared, and shipped directly to overseas customers from the hub closest to the production area, helping reduce transportation distance, improve efficiency, and lower logistics costs.
